- Shipping for Gift Cards is $4, sent via UPS Standard. If merchandise items are included in your order, regular fees will apply.
- Maximum 5 Gift Cards per transaction.
- Coupons and discounts can not be applied for gift card purchases.
- Sales tax will not be applied for gift card purchases. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items.
- Steve Madden will not be responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Steve Madden Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
